Gilgit youth travelling abroad illegally in search of employment

Gilgit Baltistan, 30 Dec, 2019: - A spike in the ratio of unemployment has compelled the youths in illegally occupied Gilgit Baltistan to travel abroad for greener pastures. The number of youths crossing the border illegally has witnessed a sharp rise in the past few years. Experts believe that it is compounding troubles for the youths as they fail to reach their destinations in most of the cases and end up losing even the little money they have. They also navigate the risk of losing their lives while choosing the option of travelling to another country illegally.
