PoK activist says Pakistan PM Khan's assurance of referendum in PoK 'farcical'

PoK, Jan 28, 2020: Shabir Choudhry, a Kashmiri activist living in exile, has accused Pakistani Prime Minister Imran Khan of spreading lies in the international community about the condition of people in PoK and Gilgit Baltistan. Calling Khan's statement of holding a referendum a farce, Choudhry believes that such lies were peddled to gain international brownie points and held no element of truth. Pakistan has conducted few exercises in the past as well but they have been shoddy and unfair.
